Only two sets of postage due stamps were issued between 1918 and 1939 — The Mucha issue of 1919 and the issue of 1928. However, between those two dates, many regular stamps, such has the Hradčany and two of the Allegory stamps were overprinted and surcharged as postage dues. Indeed, even the Mucha postage due issue of 1919 was overprinted and surcharged for further postage due use.
