Type I (Solid line) ——Type II (Gap in Line)
The two major types of the 125h Masaryk stamp indicate the printers used two different printing blocks or auxiliary paste-ups when the plates were manufactured. The leftmost line inside the oval frame around the portrait is differently rendered for each type. For Type I, the line is solid and parallels the edge of the oval, while for Type II, the line has a very large gap.

Long Base on 2 —— Short Base on 2
A notable plate flaw occurs in position 80 on Plate II where the base of the numeral 2 is considerably shorter than normal.
